BYD has affirmed a request for the primary ever unadulterated electric transports for Jerusalem, the capital city of Israel. The request, for seven 12 meter BYD electric transports, depends on a prior delicate won by BYD in 2016. 

Seventeen transports were provided to Haifa, a port city in the north of Israel, and have been in activity with open transport administrator Egged since mid-2017.
